In 2015, the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) kicked off a project to quantify the conservation related attributes of SFI’s forest certification work, and the connection between sustainable supply chains and important conservation outcomes. By clarifying these conservation attributes, SFI will help make the link between well-managed forests and the public benefits that affect each of us every day. Learn more about these efforts, and how GreenBlue is engaged through a SFI conservation grant to connect these conservation impacts to the marketplace.

With the grant, GreenBlue and its project partner, Sappi North America, will design and execute a communications campaign to educate brands about the benefits of responsible forest management; and enable brands to better communicate to customers how these benefits support their sustainability goals.
